Build those thicker, ripped back and biceps with the Powerhouse Rams Horns.The Rams Horns are a simple to use tool for awesome back progression similar to Bulls Horns. We developed this tool to reduce time in unloading and reloading the bar for T-bar rows when only one bar is available. A different grip to the Bulls Horns, the Rams Horns have a hammer style grip parallel to the bar as well as an extreme supinated grip, providing more bicep activation and upper back contraction. Super simple to use - just deload one end and slip into a landmine holder or under a dumbbell and put the Rams Horns under the bar at the loaded end to start your T-bar rows.
